Google Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu (
) in the upper-right corner.
- Select More Tools > Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog box, check:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- From the time range drop-down, select All time to delete everything.
- Click Clear data.
- Close Chrome completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.
Microsoft Edge
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
- In the Time range drop-down, select All time.
- Check:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear now.
- Close Edge completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the Menu button (
) in the upper-right corner.
- Select Options (or Settings).
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Check:
- Cookies and Site Data
- Cached Web Content
- Click Clear.
- Close Firefox completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.
Safari (Mac)
- In the top menu bar, select History > Clear History.
- From the drop-down, choose All History.
- Click Clear History.
- Close Safari completely (click the X), then reopen and try your action again.
