The Uniformed Service page is where you answer background information questions regarding your uniformed service.
The following elements may be displayed:
- Have you had active duty military service? This is where you indicate if you have active duty military service using the radio buttons.

Actions. This allows you to edit or delete an entry after branch of uniformed service has been entered. The actions are:
