Adding a physician

Updated
  1. Select Tasks.
  2. Select the Complete New Hire Questionnaire task.
  3. Select the Biographic Information Update link.
  4. Select Add Physician.
    Use Add Physician information
  5. Enter the required information (First Name, Last Name, Address, Country, State, and Phone Number).
    Add Physician contact information

  6. Select Add.
