Adding an "other name" or alias to the identity page

Updated
  1. Select Tasks.
  2. Select the Complete New Hire Questionnaire task.
  3. Select the Biographic Information Update link.
  4. Select Add Name.New Hire Add Name or Alias

  5. Enter the First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Suffix.
  6. Select Yes, if this was your maiden name.New Hire Add Name

  7. Select Add.
